Our History
Nearly three decades of practice
Rashid & Lee Partners was founded in 1998by Dato' Rashid Aman Hashim and Lee Wei Cheng, two young lawyers who shared a conviction that clients deserved both rigorous legal work and straightforward advice. The firm began with a small commercial practice in Kuala Lumpur and has since grown into a full-service practice spanning corporate, litigation, criminal defence, and family law.
Over the years, the firm has advised on cross-border mergers, defended clients in high-profile criminal and civil proceedings, and guided families through some of the most difficult decisions of their lives. Throughout that growth, the founding partners' original principle has remained unchanged: every client receives the personal attention of a senior lawyer, not just a name on a file.
Today, Rashid & Lee Partnersis recognised as one of Kuala Lumpur's established mid-sized firms, trusted by corporations, business owners, and individuals across Peninsular Malaysia.
